ImageChris was one of the top high school players in his graduating class leading his high school team, The Kitsilano Blue Demons, to the Provincial Championship in 2002 where he was named MVP of this tournament. In high school Chris averaged 25 points per game shooting above 50% from the field and over 40% from the three-point line. Chris also led his team in assists and was second in rebounding.

After high school Chris attended Capilano College where he once again led his team to a Provincial Championship and a final four appearance in the National Tournament. Chris was selected as a first team all-star and was voted as the Rookie of the Year in the BCCAA. Chris then took a year off to focus on his studies and returned to Capilano in 2004-2005 where he once again was a first team all-star and led the Blues to a second place finish. Chris led the league in scoring in both seasons and was also amongst the leaders in assists and rebounding.

Chris is a big strong guard who has the size to compete physically with other guards but also has the perimeter skills to beat smaller quicker guards. He is a very intelligent player who understands the game at a higher level than most and he has a deep passion and commitment to basketball. He is an exceptional shooter of the ball with a very quick release with very deep range. He holds several records at Capilano College including most point in a game (40) and most three-pointers made in a game (10).

For the past three years Chris has continued to play at the highest level of men’s league basketball in the Vancouver area and is one of the most highly sought after players for all of the leagues in the area.
